REBNY, the real estate board that serves over 16,000 real estate professionals in New York City, and Bridge Interactive Group (Bridge), a leading provider of data security, data distribution software, and add/edit capabilities for the real estate industry, today announced they have entered into an agreement to use Bridge’s Contact Server and Cheque Agreement Management tool to syndicate data on behalf of REBNY’s members.

Freddy Sarabia explains the important change, "until now, participating RLS firms each had to find their own way to syndicate their listings to third party websites and portals. Bridge’s system will help us simplify and streamline that process for our membership. Everyone now has one place where they can execute agreements and make opt-in/out decisions to control who has access to their listing data. In this way, RLS can insure that members’ data is delivered to third party sites timely, accurately, and consistently."

"The New York market was one we have had an eye on for quite some time, and thought could really benefit from a toolset such as ours, so we were thrilled when REBNY approached us. We’re looking forward to helping their members simplify their syndication process and trust they’ll find tremendous value in the traffic and lead generation reports we offer as part of our solution" said Turan Tekin, Vice President at Bridge Interactive Group. "We’ve begun the implementation process and should begin rolling out in early 2016".
