Today, we’re excited to announce new Broker Permissions functionality within the Bridge Listing Input creation tool (BLI), giving brokers more control over who is publishing or collaborating on listings using the tool.
Now brokers can:
- Define what actions members of their company can take depending on their role: head broker, agent, listing coordinator, staff.
- Have agents create listings that staff reviews for compliance before submitting to the MLS.
- Maintain data integrity through checks and balances by limiting control for certain types of users.
User classes are defined in accordance with specific MLS account classes so they’ll be consistent. And we automatically apply those settings to every user in the brokerage, as defined by the MLS roster data.
After the Broker Permissions feature rolls out, when a head broker logs into BLI, they’ll see a new “Permissions” tab in the interface. Clicking on that will take them to the next screen, which allows them to control access for each user class.
Full speed ahead
We’re seeing exciting momentum with BLI and gaining more adoption each month.
More than 8,000 real estate partners in several markets across the country are now using BLI to create richer listings and save hours of input time.
And 20,000 listings have been created using the tool as of November 30.
That means 20,000 listings are fully equipped with unlimited high-res photos and didn’t have to be input multiple times into multiple platforms.
In addition to the momentum with BLI, Bridge API – our listings and public records distribution system – is now installed at 29 MLSs, representing 285,000 members.
In total, MLSs representing 580,000 members are using at least one Bridge product.
We produced a little video over the summer to give a glimpse into all the great things our industry partners can now do with the tools we’ve developed:
