The Bridge team is planning a quick upgrade to the database that manages MLS members’ single sign-on authentication into Bridge Agreement Management. The upgrade will begin on Thursday, September 11, 2025 at 4:00 PM Pacific Time and will last no more than 15 minutes.
During this brief window, the only expected impact is that new accounts coming from MLS SSO portals may not be able to be established. Existing member accounts will still be able to log in, and all other Bridge users with direct logins to the Bridge dashboard will be unaffected.
